Does Sophie use the cat flap? I think sweet fat-bottomed girl gets stuck.

Activate her chip? What magic is this? I want it.

I was babysitting my D-in-L’s dog last week. He’s small and loves to get into the bushes in the back yard. When he didn’t come in after I’d called and called, I took a flashlight and hunted the yard to no avail. Came back in the house, went to my room to get a jacket and there the little darling was – fast asleep in the middle of my bed.

Our cats are all indoors, but they still disappear occasionally

I only worry when I dont see our old girl in the morning

She always greets me when I get home from work and when she doesn’t I know she’s having one of her bad days and I will find her sleeping someplace strange

That, and it’s funny to watch. ;)

I can relate, though. Done this with the family pet a few times myself, as have other family members.

Please teach your dog an emergency recall command (and remember to always use high value treats for reward, and use lots of praise if you have to use it for real and practice with the great treats again soon after)
