During a FMEA, I got from a vendor a MTBF of 2 million years for a power cord.
FMEA = Failure Modes and Effects Analysis; MTBF = Mean time between failures.
Like models used for climate change. Especially the disagreement part.
You can’t mix different color numbers like that. Your survivability statistics are non-miscible.
