It’s new to him. My pickup is 16 years old, I’ll drive it another 16 if it lets me.

Can’t find anything I would rather drive than my ‘95 Buick Roadmaster. It is a “Big, comfortable, old-folks road car.” Gotta love it!

Best thing about a vehicle of that vintage is that you rarely have car payments.

Still doing that. All I have to pay is Insurance and 2.59 for gas.

Where the heck can you get gasoline for 2.59? You must live in a time-warp.

Try Seattle OldPlugger, it’s $2.60 at my local Safeway gas Island. and with my 10 cent discount, it’s $2.50. The local ARCO has it for $2.25 You are also a Plugger if your car requires special plates because it is considered a classic.

I may not pay that little for gas… but averaging around 37 MPG with my ‘92 Metro keeps my wallet happy!!! I tried air fresheners, but when your AC is rolled-down windows they tend to dissipate quickly…

Besides, what’s more fun than sniffing up that burnt oil smell after hauling a** on three cylinders (grin!)
