I’ve never understood how they could convince buyers to settle on a house with only THREE choices. When my mom and I were house hunting, the realtor showed us more than that on one day! I think it took him a week or so to realize that we couldn’t magically increase how much money we had available.

I think I remember this from House Hunters. Anyway, a couple on there viewed three homes valued at a minimum of $1 mil each. They seemed to be displeased with one of the homes because the walls on the interior weren’t the shade of white they wanted. Sheesh!

I yell at these shows…how picky can you be? My husband just laughs at me.

My wife’s like this. She’s actually going off about House Hunters at this very moment just because I showed her this strip. Something about not going over budget but they show them houses over budget ’cos they want more commission on the sale etc…
