The turtleneck sweaters are for the turtles. These two need a rhino neck sweater and a cobra neck sweater.
A lot of assumptions here that the two animals are males.
I had a pet black snake named MR. No shoulders. One Christmas my brother’s wife made a shirt for him with the sleeves pinned up. (Assuming of course, it was Male)
