There’s some pretty agile older folks out there! I’m a lot younger and wish I could be that agile. I have to use the rock ‘n roll method my self to get out of chairs if they’re too soft…
I know too well this situation. My own mother who is 89 has similar issues like getting up from the sofa and I am in the AARP generation myself at 60. So I muster all my strenth to help my Mom get up lovingly.
