Being a senior citizen plagued with Essential or Primary Insomnia, I must say, I don’t ever get to take a nap in the middle of the day, or any other time, for that matter. Thank God for the sleep meds I have been taking for close to 20 years. Otherwise, I would go for a couple of days and only then get maybe 2-3 hours of sleep. Happened to me too many times…
