    i also started taking power naps at work (over my lunch hour, since i have to shave off 30 mins, i get an hour and half for my lunch) this helps me if the night before i wasn’t able to sleep well…

    Unfortunately, anything more than 20-minutes puts your brain into a completely different long-sleep cycle and the benefits of a short nap are lost. You just feel muddled because your circadian clock does not agree with your sleep clock. I plan to conduct many experiments along these lines after I retire. :)
