When you know nothing short of a steam iron on high is going to make a difference in the customer’s face, and you don’t her out there saying she uses your products, you are free to be a little less than tactful.
I don’t believe Lola has spent one minute of her life worrying about her appearance.
“Help Wanted: Sales Associate for the cosmetics counter . . . "
That kind of response prompts a legitimate “I’d like to speak to your manager”
