Three homes ago, i was digging in the backyard in the twilight hours, joked with the neighbor I was getting rid of the body, but actually just digging a garden before it got too hot and sunburn-y.
Gardens are ok for getting rid of bodies, but my preferred method is to dig a nice big hole, dump the body in it, then partially refill the hole so it is a more normal depth and then plant a tree in the hole. No one is going to dig up a freshly planted tree looking for a body because that is to much work. Or at least that’s been my experience so far.
