John at the bar is a friend of mine, he gets me my gluten free.
I love my gluten, fortunately, I have no allergies except for Cipro and that isn’t in any foods I eat. (Better NOT be!)
Sticky little bugger… My wife has a gluten allergy. Since I like to bake, I’m trying to convert all of her favorites over to gluten-free flour. There have been a few duds, but most of the recipes work.
