Being somewhat philosophical AND the first comment maker at this late time in the day – I am wondering how much insight (the fact that there are no comments) this speaks to the effect of social media, social justice warriors, the fear that permeates our society, AND the cancel culture of the keyboard warriors almost 40 years from the creation of this strip. IF SO – are we getting better or worse as human beings? Probably depends on “who” you ask and the level of their innate logic.
