Gravy train…..isn’t that dog food?

At your age life is more a gravy boat.

Life can be so gruel

Tis the fantasies of youth, Perfesor. When I was younger, just starting out in Xn ministry, I thought that by now I’d be listed as Pastor Emeritus from a large church. I thought, too, that I’d be married with four kids and by now would be enjoying the life of the grandad. Well, things didn’t turn out that way. I have touched many lives, started two churches, and continue to spread the word, though what I spread now would be more like heresy. But, I still seek to give out the good news of Jesus’ way. I suspect the Perfessor is giving out his own kind of good news as his experience has taught him.

If life is a roller coaster, then why is mine always on the incline?

Actually, it’s mostly lumps with just a smattering of gravy
