Wise people alway tip a sushi chef generously. For he (or she) will be deciding what cuts you get, the next time you eat there. (Which, for fat cats, might be later that afternoon.)
My husband and I tip double now since we went a year without going to restaurants and saved all that money…….still aren’t Fat Cat rich, though.
