Sometimes, Snoopy is too chauvinistic about being a be able. I guess Schulz had to give him some flaws. There is a tendency to make animals superior to humans in strips.
Too bad this wasn’t during the era of The Warner Beagle (WB) and United Poodle Network (UPN). It just might have been picked up even if it got cancelled after a season or two.
If this strip were written today, Snoopy would need to include FOX (which wouldn’t need a name change since foxes are canines) and the CW, or Canine World network.
