The opposite of when I worked days and ran the dairy department

Its not that I didn’t want to help people, but I was always busy

Didn’t help that although I knew the dairy and frozen foods sections very well, I knew less about where things were the farther from my department I got

Now that I’m back on nights I know the whole store again, but there are hardly any customers overnight

And so it begins.

I’d let him go. His legs look kinda rubbery and that’s a sign he really needs to go.

Don’t they realize he’s a starving artist, dreaming of the day he makes it big and can come in and buy ANYTHING?

But not from them. Not with THIS kind of treatment. (Didn’t they see Pretty Woman?

… until you NEED help. That’s when they’re nowhere to be found.

This is “revenge of the clerks” for all the time they waste with people who are “just looking”

Working in retail is where I learned to hate a lot of people!

I remember this one!
