One of the very best Halloween trick-or-treats was homemade doughnuts being deep fried in the driveway. You could smell those a block away, for us non-dogs. You couldn’t get away with giving those out to kids any more. Too bad.

Sniffing out doughnuts in a distance of about ten miles? Hmmm…Rover would make a great police dog.

Rover is such a chow hound!

I would have gone to the donut shop with you, Rover! (sorry Red)

For Mother’s Day my grandson sent my daughter two dozen Krispy Cream donuts. He is in NY and she is in SC

Follow your nose, where ever it goes! Kinda like the Fruit Loop Bird. Ha

Never I’m allowed to eat, so much I want!!

Two things will change when Red get’s older: (1) He’ll walk and not run (2) He will gladly follow the scent of donuts

Well… Donuts aren’t good for dogs anyway. Sorry, Rover;(
