I’m like this with my puppa-bub too. He’s a husky-lab mix and smarter than any dog I’ve ever had. But sometimes he and I just look at each other and I just say “I know what you’re thinking….and no!”
I miss my dachsie, he passed this week. Had him 12 years. Found him once and never let him go. He was the only dog here that would always come back home and the best security I’ve ever had as well as I didn’t have to leash him. Being semi-rural, everyone knew Killer and looked out for him.
