4K (aka Ultra HD) has 2160 vertical pixels, while 1080P (aka Full HD) has half that at 1080 vertical pixels. The “P” stands for “Progressive”, not a political statement but, in video, meaning non-interlaced. I don’t think anyone can create a 4K 1080P portrait.
