Depends what one means by cheap. Energy prices are typically set by state utility bureaus, who are generally loath to admit that such things as peaks exist. And companies have to show their books to said bureaus. The end result is that costs tend to be predicted on a historical basis, generally lower than what is experienced in peak conditions.
“Green energy” sure isn’t cheap! Then, just when the solar panels and windmills have paid for themselves they have to be replaced and we still don’t have a solution for disposing of the toxic ingredients safely. We need a NEW plan!
If Trout’s acorn earrings are just the start of a whole line, she could be fairly successful. Go with walnuts, small pine cones, and other tree products, possibly coated for preservation, and open a shop on Etsy. It could be done, for real.
