That’s not a great idea, Red! They’d finally wonder what happened to it. And also, they probably would have to sign it and send it back to the teacher post haste!
If this weren’t set more than 50 years ago, I’d guess that Dennis was doing nothing much and Mr. Wilson was just mad at him for being present.
