He smokes like a chimney, he drinks like a fish and now he can’t close his mouth - yes Novocaine can make him much worse.

C’mon. It’s Dallas for crying out loud. How can you tell if he has had Novocaine shots? He looks the same to me as he always does after about 3 drinks.
Look at how that ashtray keeps changing shape and position, like it’s crawling across the bar. Creepy.
That’s just a side effect of the Novocaine, Sherlock.
