This is in reference to the old soviet plot to destroy America from within. It worked, but old soviet russia wasn’t around to enjoy their success, and forgot to call off the dogs when they collapsed.
I always have to remind people of a common mistake: neither Communism or Capitalism are a form of government, they are economic systems. The United States is a Federal Presidential Constitutional Republic. North Korea is a Heredity Single Party State.
