Samples start with the simple and light on the left and progress to the heavy and complex flavors on the right. Try it with an order of the charcuterie and crackers tray. Sparkling wines are suggested on the dessert menu. Bottles, mixed cases, and cases are for sale at a discount in the gift shop at the exit. Cabins and rooms in the lodge are still available.
