Time for Katy to ask Clayton when the last time was that he bought her a present for her birthday.

Little brothers don’t want the present little sisters really want to give them.

Her sunny presence would be a gift

I didn’t know she had one

I’ll have to remember this for when my wife and kids start asking me what I want for my B-day.

“Nothing except your sunny presence.”

When my kids ask me what I would like for my birthday, I reply the same thing my mom did. “Piece”.

The gift that keeps on giving

There’ll be a total eclipse of the sunny presence.

Only if cake is provided. But I must have cake if you want me to attend….

I’d like to say that you have to give ‘em to get ’em, but if he bought her a present on her next birthday, I suspect there would be a very good chance she still wouldn’t buy him one after that.

So sorry Clayton. My brother never gets me gifts either. 55 years old and the last gift I remember getting from him was a booklet of ‘coupons’ promises he never kept.
