I was dignosed with matatased lung cancer in march 2010. doing chemo and radiation..and docs are pleased…they estimate mabe 3/4 years….I just get up every day and say “thanks” in my prayers.

I’ve decided to start posting a different avatar each day (if i can) because 1) there’s no hope of my matching either your Ineffable Yappiness or your Equally Ineffable Senses of Humor; 2) I can, however, contribute artistically; 3) I now have hundreds (probably) of such button graphics to choose from (when I run out of specialty items, which seems unlikely, I can always call up the long list I made for my iTunes/iPod Touch).

(P.S.: If I were Lizard Boy, I’d be less worried about his scaly pot belly and more worried about that cantilevered overbite.)

Yesterday you were talking about hail. I will never forget a cab driver we had from Haiti when it started to hail while we were on vacation in Wash. D.C, He had never seen it before and was so excited…He laughed gleefully, wanted to know what it was and put his hand out of the window to “feel” it!!! We were glad to get to our hotel safely but it was fun to join in with his laughter!!

I hope next week though early, will start my studies. Class I will attend on-line starts in Sept. two weeks after Labor day. Good thing State fair will happen and 2nd week I have to volunteer to help my Brother-in-law and sister at their both. My brother-in-law will be in another town for fair. Futher east. Where they orignated small business. He is trying to get there product, type put on food, more out of KS. Broaden out. If your interested in knowing I well say.

Luv - I’ve been afraid of trying the new flavors. What does the “Distortion” one taste like?

Rmom - just a few minutes and we’ll have Doc’s Nuclear Chocolate, Chocolate Chip cookies available.

The ‘Distortion’ is lime flavored and I really like it. I like the ‘Code Red’, but the cherry could be a little stronger with that name. The blue raspberry (forgot the name) was too sweet. And coming from that is never a good thing.

I like the Code Red - I’ll have to try the ‘Distortion” as I like lime too. Never have liked raspberry anything, so glad I missed that one.

You might possibly want to use the protective eyewear when removing the cookies from the oven. Just in case. I am sure it will be fine. (wanders over behind couch and sits on the floor)

I’ll be leaving in about an hour or less. Turnover is too late for me in my time zone.

No, just two, but it takes about an hour to take care of everything I need to. If I get a laptop setup in my bedroom making turnover sometimes wouldn’t be hard to do.
