Tried to go back and catch up on all I had missed… Had it really been 6 weeks?

No way I can comment on it all, but Happy Birthdays to those I missed. Congrats to the new G-Pa.

Luv – don’t think you ever got an answer, but yes I do use vinegar in my pie crust. I have a great Amish recipe that you can’t ruin no matter how hard you try. Trust me, my 14 yr. old tried very hard and it still turned out great.

Sojo – glad you made it out to dinner w/ friends.

ML – so glad you are feeling well today. Because I’m so far behind – how many more treatments?

Hi, friends! – I spent another night in the hospital. Chest pains, but tests showed no heart attack – at least yet. In the middle of the night, my heart rate dropped to down in the 20’s, so I’m glad it happened while I was there with a heart monitor on. I see both the cardiologist and the GI specialist tomorrow afternoon, and I’m trying to get them to communicate with each other about me. I had hoped my heart situation would remain stable while my GI system was under close examination, but noooo, so looks like I’ll be the ping-pong ball between the two specialists. Good part is that maybe they can get it done this month, before the deductible year starts over.

Hello Rmom! Sorry to hear the news. Hang in there! I’ll keep you and your family in my prayers. Hopefully everything will be resolved soon.

Thanks, Sojo & M’Lady! – Both of you have been through more with your health than I am, and I hope I never catch up with you! But I do appreciate your prayers. At least I’ve got a great cardiologist (now), and I wouldn’t be surprised if he schedules me with a different hospital for some more high-tech testing. I really like the little (& newer) hospital I stayed in, but for some tests, I have to go to one of the big ones.

Wink – I hope you’re not in Australia, because “fanny” has whole ’nuther meaning there, and I always thought you were a male.

For all three SRMom, The Sojourner, and Montana Lady my prayers are with all of you during your treatments.

Hubby and I were not ones who went shopping on black Friday or Cyberspace Monday. Takes money for this.

Everyone hurry and get better! Sojo, you are our chief taste tester. You need to be in top shape to try the new Cranberry Clove Chocolate Cookies and Pineapple Prune Surprise Juice. Montana Lady, we need you to capture a reindeer for our sleigh. Smiley Mom, you don’t think I am going to bake the cookies without lots of help from you and Kab Sister and everyone. Serenasakitty will have to be in charge of ice cream because….. well because…. all fear coming between her and ice cream.
