Then our local news actually covered the story the next morning. Of coure they questioned whether she really loved cats or she was just trying to grab some cheap publicity.Hope this works:

sugie, you are correct. The only way to keep your pets safe, dogs or cats, is to not let them run the neighborhood. And it is also the polite thing to do.
