It does slow you down a mite. Just tweaked mine lifting an 80 pound, un-cooperative dog into the back of my van. Not his fault, I just didn’t re-position him before trying again. It’ll be fine in a day or two.

My back went out because I stood up all day (job demand). Not a fan of this aging biz. Not at all.

Take care of your back kids. I hurt mine in the oil field at 19 and it hasn’t been the same for 10 years and counting.
