Since I hydrate, for me, it’s half a cup per hour.
Now convert those measurements to metric.
Could measure snails travels in inches in a day.
Each day is killing me by inches, so it would be good to know how many inches there were in a day I suppose. Really though, these conversions depend on what is being measured over time.
When I was in naval nuclear power school we learned unit conversion.
Two conversions we had to do was miles per hour or feet per second to furlongs per fortnight.
