Ever since I needed glasses to see for distance I wore them around my neck like that. I can’t read up close with them so flipping them off my face to read is easy to do. However when I got a new pair and hadn’t yet put them on a lanyard, I went to the grocery store and at one point needed to read an ingredients list…. Well, I’m sure I looked insane to those who witnessed it.

Worse thing about not having a landline, is you can’t just call your cell phone, to find it.
