I wonder if my uncle (1937-1975; died before my parents were even engaged) ever had this kind of argument with his wife (1940-still living; mother’s eldest sibling) and kids regarding his kids’ allowances as he was also an accountant.
Ginger is lucky he GETS pocket money. I haven’t been able to give pocket money to my nieces since 2008…
The highest Australian coin is $2, not much pocket if it is for an entire week.
