Just wanted to let Chip Dunham know that I absolutely LOVE Overboard. I look forward to reading the comic strip everyday and find it helps me start my day is a positive mood. Chip, your insight into animal behavior and psyche is uncanny. I love all your characters and find that they compliment each other. Your dogs, Louie and Raymond are so typical of dog behavior. And the mice are just beyond compare. They are so cute and coniving at the same time. If there is an Overboard Fan Club, I would love to join. Just wanted to let you know how much I LOVE your comic strip. Betty Culver - Glen Mills, PA 19342

Thanks, Ranma! His name is Gork, I just double checked.
You’re right, Gweedo, he probably is still sulking. If I were he/him, I’d just eat a mouse or two and cheer up.

How about putting the strip back on the basis of the pirate crew that Chip started with? Really miss that, the Crow’s Nest guys, Seahawk and Boof, and the original Charlie? Does anyone remember the first two collections and miss them?

Right on Betty!! I’m from PA too and agree 100%! Overboard is great. Todays’ was hilarious!! And v, if you’re a PRo you can gett all the old strips back to 1998 on this site. I would love to see the first years from 1990 to ‘98. And I like Nate a lot better than Seahawk!

Don’t know what happened there, the second part of my post was for Brenzluv. Sorry!

I remember those days. I also remember that over the years Dunham used up all the possible jokes until the strip became repetitious. So he quite wisely added new characters. It’s something strips have to do if they are going to go on as long as this one.
