Great advice I no longer watch mainstream media news and only get my info from neutral websites that blast both sides of the political spectrum that’s the only way you will find anything credible.
I don’t watch a shred of news ANY day and I’m a fairly happy camper. Then there’s my hubby who does the news 24/7 and occasionally wants to share. Ah well.

I want to stay informed, but occasionally I need to take a break or at least cut down on my day’s consumption of news.
