I’m 75 and I loved the Monkees. Our oldest son, who died of a heart attack at 23 was a big Doors fans. Their music still brings a tear after 23 years. I haven’t read Rolling Stone in many years and I’m not sure RAP artist belong in the “R’n’R” HOF. Wenner is a wiener. The Monkeemobile was a work of art. This comic is a favorite.
The Rock and & Roll Hall of Fame should take the Monkees seriously — the Beatles certainty did. The song “Randy Scouse Git” is about the party the Beatles threw for the Monkees when they were in London.
