They scare me to death!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown, Snoopy and Linus think "Good Grief!" as they sit up in fright.<BR><BR> Linus turns off the tv. Charlie Brown says, "I hate to go to bed . . . I'll probably dream about the monster all night . . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown and Snoopy leave Linus's house. Charlie Brown says, "One thing for sure . . . I'm going to have a night light on in my room!" Linus says, "Mw, too! Good night Charlie Brown . . ."<BR><BR> Linus lies in bed with his night light on.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown lies in his bed with his night light on.<BR><BR> Snoopy lies on his doghouse with a table lamp turned on.<BR><BR>

A plot like this would have been perfect for Halloween, of course.

And it looks like the nightlight helped Linus and CB,in Panels 7 and 8, respectively; they both seem to be sleeping peacefully. But, what about Snoopy’s lamp, in last panel?

Snoopy in the first panel is pretty scary.

I always love it when Linus’s hair and Snoopy’s ears shoot up in surprise or fright, like in the fourth panel.
