Looks like “the media” are settling in on a potted narrative about Ms Harris, which will be witlessly recycled and recycled. (Remember how it was virtually impossible for “the media” to write anything about Al Gore without first mentioning his brown suits, his claim to have invented the Internet, his wooden delivery of speeches, etc., etc. A kind of preprogrammed summing-up . . . and far more inaccurate than true.)
