I’m taking my apple pie for Thanksgiving with my nibling. Made with apples, maple sugar (or syrup if I’m out of the sugar), cinnamon, and chili powder. It is a crowd pleaser. The chili powder adds the kick it needs to be not so sticky sweet, and the maple and apple taste like fall together.
