I’d have thought that tech support would be easier in Australia. They’re closer to India and the Philippines.

Wow, does today’s Meggsie hit home. No Edcole, tech. support is abyssmal. Two hours and five minutes is my record wait for help.

Re Dad’s being shoved from pillar to post, The electronic receptionist at one government department here offers five choices five times. For the mathematically inclined that means there are 625 specialists in that department alone.

No Ginger, you could not possibly know yet just how frustrating it can be.

Sure, he does. He’s being bounced around from one parent to the other throughout the strip.
