Bags and boxes thrill my cats. My late, lamented Nimitz (whose ashes hubby picked up Friday) clawed up door frames until we got a yard-high sharpening post. All the cats love it. It was Nimmy’s favorite place to sharpen.
My casts have many tall sisal covered catnip scented cat scratchers, vertical and horizontal and at an angle. They destroyed the wicker furniture instead. I’m claiming one of the cat trees as my chair!
