Not as psycho as you’d think. After having been raised vegetarian, my wife lived in Montana for a few years. It took her a while to get used to the amount of meat eaten there, but consuming the fat cap was out of the question for her. When invited to eat at others’ homes, the children would unfailingly sidle up to her and ask, “are you gonna finish that?”
