    I’m with Abby. If it’s not broke, then no need to fix or replace it. Especially if you’ve only just finished paying it off—savor that victory just a little longer, eh?

    My car turns 11 this year. Maintenance is a LOT cheaper than a car payment.

    Unfortunately my 1994 Mazda B3000 finally gave up the ghost last year. And now, the 2017 Dodge Journey I have, I hope to be able to keep as long. And now, I have a payment. :-( One year down (with extra going towards the principle), 4 left to go.
