Every once in a while I have an “up” few hours, and it always astonishes me how easy things are to do during those (sadly brief) times. At the time I usually think, in some astonishment, so this is how it feels to be neurotypical. Luckily, I’ve been handling this long enough not to freak out when I slide back down the spiral a little.
