No, hunters do the opposite of natural selection. Natural selection culls the infirm and strengthens the species. Hunters kill off the ones that’s make the species stronger.
I have absolutely no issue with games people (woman here that has gone deer hunting) that are doing so for food. Growing up, we had a few years that it was deer until fishing season and back. Throw in the odd snapping turtle soup, rabbit, pheasant, or duck for variety. Gma raised 12 kids with the help of the hunters in the family.
