To prevent a dry turkey I use cheesecloth draped over the top of the bird and baste it every 10 – 15 minutes while it is cooking in the oven. Stuffing will draw away the liquid and make it dry out quicker. Stuffing or dressing is your choice. Several years ago we started using an oyster stuffing for the neck cavity. MMMMM. YMMV.
