Actually, he means Flavor-Aid, which was actually what the Jim Jones cult used to make the poisoned drink. But he probably doesn’t even know where the term came from:

Heart’s doing a weird walk in panel 1, with her right arm and leg going in the same direction and vice versa for her left arm and leg. Maybe all the crab-walking messed up her coordination.
