You’ll never need a “pacemaker”.

I live 2 miles from an active volcano. “Nice walks” occasionally involve carrying an umbrella in case the wind shifts and blows the ash cloud towards the city. But, yes.

I find it will amplify a good mood if I’m on the fringe of one, but it won’t flip a bad one to good easily.

Now I can’t take out of my head that scene of Despicable Me 2 where Gru is walking “So Happy”

Exercise is the key to life

These comics, and the Cat’s Cafe ones do for me what walking does for Mrs. Lomax!

I love to go out for a walk, every day, sometimes twice a day. Nothing like the good old outside air and gneato things to see. Being part crow and part toddler I tend to pick up lots of stuff, and sometimes money!

…and it is almost spring.
