I would assume that he is too young to do laundry so no he does not use it.

(And we have seen his mom with a laundry basket and no one else, so I assume she is the primary laundry doer.)

It is true, though, that Wallace is always coming up with a new angle.

Either that, or Wallace’s famed abuse of clothing is such that fabric softener doesn’t make a difference.
