You’d had better luck if you told Sakura there was a squirrel in the yard.

I remember, when we got to Camp Alpha (Vietnam) I saw a rat that was so big I first thought it was a dog with a hairless tail.

He’s eating your food

You send a mangy, scruffy mad dog out after rats, not a pedigreed fusspot like Sakura.

Have a barking fit and find a sunny spot on the porch to return to snoozing.

Off topic here but does anyone know what’s happened to “The Other Coast”. Last one was April 23 and it’s disappeared off my list.

Sakura’s holding out for a small, edentulous, pedicured, and recently shampooed rat. The fastidiouser the better.

For the big ones, dogs usually just try to bark them to death.

Scatter about some Tomcat Bait Chunx.

Yeah, that’s OK, Sakura. We’ve never had a Border Collie yet who was interested in sheep.

The only difference between them and squirrels is that the squirrels are cuter.
