If only it were that easy.

Rain, rain, go away

Come again some other day

Why not invent the umbrella.

There must be one of these signs over SoCal. We’d like a little more of that rain (and a heck of a lot more reservoirs that we’ve paid for and not received).

I could use a sign around here, it’s been raining for days.

No rain zones are far and few

Here’s yer sign!

Must be a dry town.

Signs are good for the rule followers but there are always a few scofflaw raindrops.

Better BC than Wiley. (The latter really gets freaked out by rain!)
